CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by text or email. We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Our providers see patients on a tightly scheduled timeline. To keep our schedule running smoothly,please arrive on time aslate arrivals may be subject to rescheduling.
CARD ON FILE
A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure certain appointments, deposits, memberships, or recurring subscriptions. By providing a card on file, you authorize Skin by Blair Aesthetics to process applicable fees, deposits, subscription payments, or charges in accordance with our policies.
EXCEPTIONS
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate extenuating circumstances.
